Applications are now open for Modern Railways RVE Meet The Buyer.
Forms can be downloaded here and while new companies are confirming all the time for the October 3rd event, there is already a strong lineup of confirmed buyers from both domestic and international companies.
Following a highly successful event in 2018, which saw 28 individual buyers meet nearly 100 suppliers at over 200 appointments, Rail Forum Midlands is again co-ordinating the programme in partnership with the Department for International Trade.
Alstom, Bombardier, CAF, Hitachi, Porterbrook and Siemens have all confirmed that their buyers will be participating again and the Department for International Trade has also been sending out invitations to bring global rail buyers to the Derby show. And, while many discussions are ongoing, their first confirmed success is the participation of Stadler – new to the event this year.
The growing RVE Meet The Buyer event makes the show an essential for all companies involved in the railway vehicles and enhancements sector.
Exhibitors at Modern Railways RVE this year will benefit from enhanced opportunities to engage with buyers at the event, in addition to meeting the wide range of visitors attending the show itself. Plans are in hand for a networking breakfast before the show opening with exhibitors and RVE Meet The Buyer delegates invited.
