Gemini Rail Group have confirmed that as well as exhibiting at Modern Railways RVE, their team will be taking part in the Meet The Buyer sessions at October’s event.
The group was born from the sale of former Knorr-Bremse businesses to German holding company Mutares last November. Gemini Rail Services comprises the former KBRS facilities at Springburn near Glasgow and Wolverton near Milton Keynes, while Gemini Rail Technology is the new name for the former Kiepe Electric UK subsidiary, based in Birmingham.
The company’s capabilities include heavy maintenance and refurbishment work, but it is also identifying new areas of opportunity to add to its portfolio.
Buyers from Alstom, Bombardier Transportation, CAF, Hitachi, Siemens, Stadler, Talgo, Porterbrook and SBB have already confirmed attendance and with additional buyers signing up all the time, the closing date for applications has been extended to August 16th.
Application forms can be downloaded here and should be submitted direct to Rail Forum Midlands.
