RBF and Women in Rail to return to RVE

Charitable organisations the Railway Benefit Fund and Women in Rail will both exhibit again at the Modern Railways RVE show held in Derby on 5 November.

The Railway Benefit Fund was founded in 1858 and works to support current and former railway employees facing varied problems. Assistance is offered in many forms on a short-term or long-term basis, including financial assistance, practical help and wide-ranging advice.

Women in Rail is a much newer organisation, founded by Adeline Ginn to improve diversity in the UK rail industry through providing networking opportunities and support for all women within the sector. Its membership includes representatives from a wide range of undertakings and stakeholders across the UK rail industry.

Visitors to the Modern Railways RVE show at Derby Arena will have the opportunity to meet representatives of both charities and find out more about their work.
